Well, it seems the Irken Empire is refusing to pay Tak the 10,000 monies they owe her for using her custom symbol in JTE VIII. So Tak has joined forces with Zapp (one of *Ravenpuff's OC's) to create a propaganda program for Zapp's Earth based empire. It's name?
