Yeah, it's a subscriber only feature ^^; What you do is copy the thumbnail code of a deviation, then paste it in you journal or shout-box/board.

Anyone can make them though, you just make a small image (typically 99 by 56 pixels I think), then upload it the "deviantART Related > Deviant Stamps" category.
