Shot of an EWS oil train, seen here being pulled by a Class 66, #66181.
Just before this photo was taken, I had been having a cup of tea in my Grans kitchen when my Uncle got back from work. He told me he had just driven past a guy on the nearby bridge with a camera. Curious to see if something interesting was due, I grabbed my camera and walked out to chat with him.
Turns out he was waiting for the EWS oil train. Annoying though the bridge he was on had a bunch of metal fencing/railings on the top of it, which makes taking photos from it kinda awkward. Due to this, the chap had brought a small step ladder with him so he could shoot from over the railings. Sadly, I didn't have this option, and was forced to stick my camera up over the railings and take some "blind shots" as the train passed under us. Despite not being able to use my view-finder though, I was still able to get this acceptable shot
